1. Scoop: Scoop the gel with a capsule (sphere) into your palm.
2. Activate: Rub your palms together to activate the capsule.
3. Apply: Smooth over face and neck until absorbed.
4. When: Apply morning and evening (AM/PM).
5. Protect: Use SPF during the day.
