1. Cleanse: Start with a clean, slightly damp face and neck.
2. Apply: Use 3–4 drops, morning and evening.
3. Press: Gently press upward until absorbed. The copper capsules melt as you apply.
4. Moisturise: Follow with your moisturiser.
5. Protect: In the daytime, finish with broad-spectrum SPF.
